Is shipping & handling free?
Most prices do not include shipping charges, as products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Shipping is quoted after online checkout. We pass along shipping discounts, and you will be able to review shipping charges before approving your order for production. Please give us a call or email for a firm advance shipping quote. Shipping to a residential address incurs additional charges of up to $10.00 per box (residential and fuel surcharges). We suggest using a commercial delivery address whenever possible, to reduce shipping costs and to avoid theft. If you are a local customer and can pickup from our Columbia, Missouri showroom, shipping is further discounted.
What happens after I submit an order?
After your online order is submitted you will receive a product mockup (pdf file) via email, along with a copy of your order/invoice. The product mockup will be part of a proof sheet that can be emailed or faxed with your signed approval. Payment information is requested upon proof approval.
If you place an online order, your credit card information is kept in a "vault" similar to a hotel reservation. After you approve the proof and order cost(s), your account rep will email a secure Intuit Merchant payment link. Your order can then be paid via ACH transfer or credit card. This system keeps your payment secure, by eliminating our need to access your private credit card information.
What if the shipping charge is more than I expect, is my credit card automatically charged?
No, shipping charges are not automatically charged to your credit card. Payment is not processed until your order has been approved for production. You will receive a free digital proof (if applicable) and an invoice that includes shipping charges. Your credit card is charged AFTER you approve the imprint (artwork) and invoice total. What is your return policy?
The products we sell are almost always custom-imprinted, and as such cannot be returned. However, if there's a misprint or the product is defective, we'll surely make it right. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. If you're buying blank goods, returns are tricky. We'll stand behind quality and replace defective goods. However, each of our wholesale suppliers have different return policies, and we can't accept returns for blank goods that are in fact usable items.
What is a setup charge?
A setup charge is a fee that applies to products with a custom imprint. This charge is for the labor and processes needed to setup the equipment or machinery to imprint your logo on a product. A standard 1-color setup is currently $49.00. Most custom imprinted items have either a screen charge or a setup charge (not both). Imprints with multiple colors and/or custom dies (debossed imprints) may incur additional setup charges.
As a courtesy, we include 20 minutes of art setup with each order. If you need a website, phone number, golf tournament name, etc. added to your logo, we'll take care of it! If your art is not vector art, and/or requires more than 20 minutes to make it print-ready, we'll contact you prior to proceeding with your order.
What is a screen charge?
Many products require that a silk screen or plate be made in order to apply your custom imprint. If your artwork is more than one color, a screen must be made for each color. Certain products do not require a screen charge when the imprint is comprised of only simple, straight-line text. Screen charges are one-time charges per product, per imprint. New imprints will require new screens and charges. Most custom imprinted items have either a screen charge or a setup charge (not both).
Can I fax you a copy of my logo?
Yes, but faxes won't produce a clean enough image to reproduce on your imprint. Vector or high-resolutions artwork is best, but if you don't have it, we can fix what you have. A nominal fee may be required for redrawing or resizing your art. If you have any questions, please ask!
Can I get a sample of a product before I order?
Absolutely! Most items are available for sample, and imprinted White Dog samples are free. However, there will be charges for expensive and/or multiple items, and/or for shipping charges from the factory. If you are able to visit our showroom, we have hundreds of samples for you to see, take and try. Most samples can be returned for a refund. Sample charges may also credited toward your order (based on total order quantity). Please call for details.
Do you keep my imprint on file?
Your digital artwork and order details will be kept on file. Some printing plates and screens are only kept on file for a year, depending on the factory. Exact reprints within 18 months qualify for a 1/2 price setup charge. New imprints or new items will require a new plate or screen, and will incur a new setup charge.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order is placed, it may take 1-3 weeks before you receive your items. We offer rush service on many items for nominal charge.
What if I need an item faster than the regular production time?
Rush charges vary per product and will be applied to your order and your order will ship Next Day Delivery. Please be aware that some items cannot be rushed due to production schedules and the actual printing process. Please call us for specific details.
What are your payment terms?
Payment in advance is almost always required for new customers. Larger corporations and government agencies are often eligible for terms.
Will I see a sample of my imprint/logo, before it goes to press?
Yes, we always send a pdf proof via email for approval prior to printing. Spec samples (actual printed samples) are often available for an additional charge. Large orders may qualify for free spec samples.

We have suppliers with factories and shipping points throughout North America and Asia to bring you a vast selection of products. Contact us if you require a specific product's production location.
